As many of you will know, when you come for reflexology you settle back into my comfy chair, all snug and warm in an uplifting, safe environment and you know that this hour is all about you and your well-being. Your breathing calms, your thoughts and busyness start to drop away as one reflex at a time I work my way around your feet. Your systems move back into balance and you can once again navigate your life’s ups and downs with more ease.
What are you missing most?
Hugging people, having coffee and chatting with family and friends, putting your grandchildren to bed, singing in your choir, going sea swimming with your hardy, water loving group, sharing your thoughts at your book group, getting your hands dirty with your gardening group, doing downward dog in your yoga group, dancing like no one is looking at festivals?
Finding your way in challenging times
We all have challenging times; it is part of our human experience. What one person finds a challenge another person might not, but what can we do to help ourselves navigate our way through?
Returning to Wellness
Last week saw us enter lock-down number two. During lock-down number one I realised my work/life balance needed to be addressed. As a result, I made decisions and took action.
Re Opening…. not quite yet, but soon.
Let’s keep positive folks, reflexology treatments will be given the go ahead soon I’m sure.
Let’s focus on boosting our sense of well-being with the high vibration of joy.
Nearly time to reopen Thrive Health Therapies!
I am literally jumping for joy at the prospect of being able to offer reflexology again soon!
When will treatments start?
New times create new opportunities, are you ready to try virtual reflexology?
What an uplifting idea!
Instead of believing we are isolated, how would it feel to swap your interpretation of this unusual time from isolating to cocooning? This idea has connotations of positive change and transformation.
