This incredible 60 minute treatment covers all essential reflexes providing a valuable way of rebalancing any imbalances in your systems whilst you experience deep relaxation and have your skin pampered with Neal’s yard oil.

Duo Facial Reflexology - £62.50

This 60 min relaxation and facial reflexology session is ideal for two friends, colleagues or family members who wish to create a new memory at the same time as having a wonderful well-being boost.

Each person will have a fantastic de-stress and well-being facial reflexology treatment for 30 mins and also 30 mins of deep relaxation in a cosy reclined chair with weighted eye masks, soft warm blankets and aromareflex balm to rub into their hands. Total Session Cost £62.50.

Head to Toe Reflexology - £72.50

For a real treat book yourself a Head to Toe treatment. This is a 90 minute session. It begins with the wonderful de-stress and well being facial treatment and is followed by feet reflexology. This is great for when you feel you are in need of time to recuperate yourself whilst you receive a blissful, natural, holistic health therapy. Float away from this session feeling and looking great.

Feet Treatment - £42.50

This is a 60 minute treatment that will allow you to deeply relax and for your body to have the chance to rest and regain its natural balance and sense of well being.

Hands Treatment - £37.50

This is a 40 minute treatment, it is ideal if you have hard working hands, injury to your hands or simply prefer your hands to have this relaxing but effective rebalancing treatment.

AromaReflex Treatment - £52.50

This is a 75 minute treatment, that combines the benefits of feet reflexology with the enhancement of essential oils blended into a reflexology wax.

Hot Stone Reflexology Treatment - £52.50

In Hot Stone Reflexology smooth basalt stones are heated to a comforting, muscle relaxing, tension releasing, warm temperature and used alongside my hands to work give a thorough reflexology treatment. This 60 minute treatment is very nurturing and the combination of the warmth and the effectiveness of reflexology can help you let go of any stress and ease your body and mind back into a natural state of balance.

Headworks - £52.50

This gentle 60 minute treatment is all about release, relax and rebalance. During this treatment you will benefit from treatment to your shoulders, neck, scalp and face which effectively soothes your nervous system and can positively impact headaches, jaw, eye and ear issues, calm the mind and assist the digestive and respiratory systems. It combines muscle stretches and massages, facial acupressure, fascia work and lymphatic work.
