Energy Restorer

This 60 minute energy treatment will help you reclaim your own personal energy and restore your natural vitality so you can move through everyday life and challenges with more drive, direction and ease.

 

Energy Restorer will

• Help you claim back any energy you might have lost or given away
• Develop your awareness of the nature of everyday energy exchanges
• Teach you how to manage and protect your energy

 

Together we look at how situations, challenges, social interactions and technology can drain your energy. We start to explore where you might have lost energy or left energy behind in different places, events and with people in your life.

Who will benefit from the Energy Restorer?

This is a non-invasive, deeply supportive energy treatment that is suitable for most people.

Most people would benefit from regularly reclaiming and maintaining their personal energy. More and more people are realizing that they have their own personal energy and if that is impacted it can affect how they feel and how much vitality they bring to their life, work, passions and commitments.

You will particularly benefit if

• You are currently or have been moving house, going through a break up or facing upheaval of one sort or another.
• You spend a lot of time working online, watching the news, scrolling social media

Energy exchange is perfectly natural and normal, and it only becomes an issue when one person is left feeling depleted. This depletion on a long term basis is not good for your health. Energy management can be a valuable addition to your self-care strategy.

What happens in the session?

You will remain fully dressed except for removing your shoes. You will be made super comfortable in my reclining chair with blankets and pillows. I will sit lightly holding your feet or ankles as a point of contact. There will be some conversation and sometimes it will be quiet. I will work energetically with you with only the very best loving, positive energy as I am a qualified reiki practitioner and aura mediator.
